Keeping Bees and Extracting Honey – The Hempstead Spring Equinox Workshop.

Join us at The Hempstead for a spring equinox inspired beekeeping workshop. Attendees will learn the basics of beekeeping with several local beekeepers. Attendees will also get to learn the honey extraction process and take home a jar of honey to eat. We’ll be focusing on getting you all of the information you need to know to start your own beekeeping oepration as well as get you through the process of extracting the honey from the frames and preparing it to sell or treat yourself!
